The Wrecking Crew Lightning Review

Designer:
 Caleb Grace
Artist: various
Publisher: Fantasy Flight Games
Year Published: 2020
No. of Players: 1-4 (best played: 2)

Ages: 14+
Playing Time: 45-90 minutes

The second scenario expansion released for Marvel Champions LCG offers a unique gaming experience as your heroes are tasked to prevent the members of the "Wrecking Crew" from breaking out of prison. Instead of fighting against one villain, you will face Wrecker, Thunderball, Piledriver and Bulldozer. Each villain has their own Encounter deck and do a great job teaming up. Table set-up is magnificent as you will lay out 4 villains, 4 life dials, 4 side schemes, 4 encounter decks and, later, 4 discard piles.

I played this scenario with 1 hero and with 2 heroes (solo) and the difficulty level scales up pretty nicely. The more heroes you have on your side, the harder it is to beat this crew. To win this game, your heroes must find inventive ways to team-up against these super-criminals.
